    1. Where are the Keauhou Punahele condominiums located?
      The Keauhou Punahele condominiums are located about 6.5 miles south of Kailua-Kona town center, on Ali’i Drive at the intersection of Ali’i Drive and Kaleiopapa Street. Click on Google Maps to go to the map of the Kona area.
    2. What kind of community is the Keauhou Punahele condominiums?
      Keauhou Punahele is a quiet community of individually owned condominiums on the Kona Country Club golf course. The units are largely owner occupied, with a number of units designated as vacation rental units by their owners. The complex is NOT a resort or hotel, and does not offer the amenities offered by resorts or hotels, including concierge, cleaning services, food services, facilities maintenance or other services. All such services are the responsibility of the owner and/or rental agency.

    4. How many parking spaces come with each condominium?
      Each condominium has only 1 parking space.  Limited additional parking is available in a gravel lot in front of the property.  “Visitor” spaces are for limited, daytime parking while visiting a resident or contractors/repair technicians making repairs.
    5. Is smoking allowed at Keauhou Punahele?
      There is one designated smoking area, otherwise smoking/vaping, is not permitted on the property, including lanais and most owners have designated their units as non-smoking.
    6. Are pets allowed at Keauhou Punahele?
      Pets are only allowed with an application, signed by the condominium owner, and prior approval of  the association board.
    7. What is the response to COVID-19?
      All the State and County guidelines related to social distancing, and wearing masks are encouraged.
    8. Is Kona Country Club a public golf course?  The course may be played by the public, BUT is on private property.  Please observe the golf course RULES.
